How We Work
Before we start on your project
Once we have sat done with our customers and confirmed the exact
layout and options they desire (this is multiple steps, we want to make
sure you are getting exactly what you want), we will order the pool.
No excavation will begin until every single piece has been delivered to your home and confirmed to be in good condition and ready for use. The last thing we want to do is dig a big hole in your yard, only to find that the steps are cracked and need to be replaced. Unfortunately this
does happen on occasion during the delivery process, which is why we
will inspect every piece upon delivery.
Okay, everything as arrived. What happens next?
Once the excavation begins, you can expect, on average 2 weeks until the pool is completely installed and ready for use. We understand that this is a significant investment to your property, and take our
time to make sure everything is squared, leveled and placed exactly as it should be.
Believe it or not, some contractors will skip these steps, assuming that the excavator was absolutely perfectly level and square. I assure you, they were very close, but never perfect. That takes time and dedication by the pool installer to assure its perfect.
Have you ever look at someone’s pool and notice that one end of the pool shows more liner above the water line than the other end? The walls were not leveled when they were placed. We install your pool as if it were going in our backyard.
How does this affect the rest of the yard around the pool?
The process does require heavy equipment and will extend beyond
the size of the pool for backfill, grading, etc. Be assured that we will tread as lightly as possible , and once installed, we will smooth out around your new pool as best we can.
If you would like to have a quote for a concrete patio around your new pool, please let us know when discussing the details. We work with a couple local concrete contractors and we can do all the prep work , allowing them to come in and pour and finish the concrete around your
new pool.
